2/3 cup Carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
2 Celery stalks, trimmed and sliced
3/4 cup Fine green beans, trimmed and halved\
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
TO SERVE:
Freshly cooked basmati and wild rice green salad.
