INGREDIENTS:

1 lb                      Pork fillet
2 Tbsp                  Light Soy sauce
1 Ttbsp                 Vinegar
1 tsp                    Sugar
1 tsp                    Five Spice Powder
2-4                      Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
2 Tbsp                  Peanut oil
1                         Large Onion, peeled and finely sliced
2/3 cup                Carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
2                         Celery stalks, trimmed and sliced
3/4 cup                 Fine green beans, trimmed and halved\
1 Tbsp                  freshly chopped parsley

 TO SERVE:

                Freshly cooked basmati and wild rice green salad.
